is a private community based mental health corporation committed
to providing supportive services to children and families through
Intensive Home Based Services that promote a holistic change in
the family dynamics.
The agency seeks to fulfill its mission through partnerships with
other human services agencies and programs, schools, courts, probation
officers, churches, hospitals, and other various organizations in
the Commonwealth of Virginia.
The staff of E.V.O.L.V.E. Therapeutic Counseling Services LLC. is
dedicated to providing a continuum of services that address the
overall health and safety of the children, youth and families we
serve, and strives to empower those families towards adopting positive
and permanent change that is expressed both internally and externally.

denotes our responsibility to assist families in identifying their
strengths and resources, utilizing our “family centered approach”
